Indonesia: Udumbara Flowers Blossom in Medan, North Sumatra (Photos)
(Clearwisdom.net) On the morning of Saturday, February 27, 2010, Hui Hui, a Falun Gong practitioner in Medan, North Sumatra, was surprised to see a cluster of Udumbara flowers blossoming on a leaf and on a rope surrounding an orchid tree on the third floor of her home. She invited other practitioners to come over to see and take photographs.
Buddhist scriptures state that the Udumbara flowers blossom every three thousand years, and when they do, it indicates the coming of the Holy Law Wheel (Falun) King to the human world to spread the great law and save people.
Five days later, the flowers were still blooming. This news encouraged all practitioners in the local area to study the Fa well, send forth righteous thoughts and save more sentient beings.
